YOU ARE LOOKING AT  A   "CLARK", MODEL "A" - MODEL "T"  STYLE HEATER.  THIS COULD DATE BACK ANYTIME FROM THE LATE 1800'S THROUGH THE EARLY 1950'S.  NOT SURE WHEN THEY STARTED MAKING THESE HEATERS OR FOOT WARMERS.

THIS IS THE TYPE OF HEATER THAT YOU WOULD USE IN YOUR CAR, TRUCK OR HORSE DRAWN BUGGY.  HOT COALS OR STONES WOULD BE PLACED INSIDE THE PULL OUT DRAWER.  THEN THE UNIT COULD BE PLACED ON THE FLOOR WHERE YOU COULD REST YOUR FEET TO KEEP THEM WARM.  IN ADDITION, A BLANKET COULD BE PLACED OVER THE UNIT AND YOUR FEET TO KEEP ALL OF YOU WARM.

It measures about 12" long by 7" wide by 3.5" tall. On one side it says, "The Clark Heater No.   No number is listed.  Maybe there was a label at one time or it was painted over.  I do not see any evidence of a number under the paint.

This would make a nice addition to your classic ride.  Or, because it is in such great condition, it could be used for the purpose it was intended.     That's up to you!     :-)

If it does not sell this time, it will be put back in storage for a year or two.  It may be relisted at a later date but prices on these just keeps going up.  So get it while you can...

2012 Ford Focus ST: Paris Motor Show 2010

Fri, 01 Oct 2010

The 2012 Ford Focus ST gets an early showing at Paris Yes, it may be at least a year before the 2012 Ford Focus ST launches, but that’s not going to stop Ford shouting about it. And what better place to shout than in the place the car world is centred on for the next week or two – the Paris Motor Show. But really, there’s not that much new to say.

Ford Focus facelift (2014) first official pictures

Sun, 23 Feb 2014

By Damion Smy First Official Pictures 23 February 2014 23:00 Watch out VW Golf: this is the new Ford Focus that’s been unveiled by Ford ahead of the 2014 Geneva motor show. Gone is the bluff, snouty front end of the current car and in its place are sleeker, narrower front and rear lights, a new bonnet, bumpers and a new grille. Yet it lacks the awkward, guppy-like stance of the Fiesta, which was given its new Aston Martin-esque grille in late 2012, and is a much more sophisticated looking car.

A new batch of Ford Mustang Cobra Jets is on the way to racers

Wed, 17 Jun 2009

The 40th Anniversary 2008 Mustang Cobra Jet, announced about a year ago, has been such a huge success for Ford Racing that the company will build a 2010 model, available later this year. Like the '08 CJ, just 50 examples of the turnkey race car will be built, the minimum number to homologate the car for competition in National Hot Rod Association events. An '08 Cobra Jet won its inaugural event in the Stock Eliminator Class in February at the NHRA Winternationals in Pomona, Calif., just as the original 1968 Cobra Jet did.
