It is marked : Top / MONOGRAM - LIGHT DISTRIBUTOR 8 3/8" x 7 5/8"  - Designed For 21 c/p MAZDA C LAMPS AT FOCUS - - Tilt Beam One FT Down 25 FT. - Monogram Lens Corp. New York City, Pats. Pend.
It measures about 8.375" across (overall) and has one female notch at bottom. The lip or PATTERNED ROUND AREA is about 7.625" across.
Condition: Very Good with No Chips, Cracks or Repairs. Fairly certain It is USED as it is dirty and needs to be cleaned.. (see photos)
