Packard Ash Pot / Ashtray from the 1930's

This part was purchased in the 1970's when we were restoring a 1936 Packard 120.

We are not sure what exact Packard year(s) this door ashpot was used in.

It measures 3 3/8 inches wide and 3 1/4 inches tall.

The lid has its original hinge that works.

The chrome is pitted and the metal is rusted.

We have not tried to clean this part up.

The photos clearly show the condition.

Infiniti EX30d: UK price and details

Fri, 21 May 2010

The disel engined Infiniti EX - The Infiniti EX30d The start of the month saw Infiniti divvying up details of the diesel engined FX30d for the UK, and in the next step in giving their cars more Euro-appeal we have details of the compact crossover diesel from Nissan’s luxury division – the Infiniti EX30d. The EX30d gets the same diesel engine as the FX30d, namely a 3.0 litre V6 with graphite iron block (all the better for saving weight and adding smoothness) delivering 235bhp which – in the smaller EX30d – is sufficient to get to 60mph in 7.7 seconds and return 33.2mpg. Emissions are 227g/km.

Proton Satria Neo (2007) - the supermini that Lotus built

Mon, 19 Mar 2007

By Jack Carfrae First Official Pictures 19 March 2007 12:53 Proton Satria Neo: the lowdown The new incarnation of Proton’s Satria has made its way into British showrooms. Still keen (and rightly so) to boost its street cred, Proton is making a song and dance about its ownership of Lotus by claiming that the Satria Neo is layered with Hethel know-how, design and inspiration. Those expecting Elise-style handling and Esprit-like power might be touch on the disappointed side, though… There’s no doubt that the Satria Neo is a sharper-looking car than its predecessor.
