The Carburetor is made of brass and the mounting elbow appears to be cast iron ... I don't see any cracks or broken mounting ears ... The throttle and what appears to be a choke plate move ... When I tip the Carburetor I can hear the float move ... The air horn inlet measures approx. 1 3/4" OD ... The four intake flange to engine mounting holes on the elbow measure approx. 3" and 7/8" center to center ... Detroit Lubricator Co. Detroit, U.S.A.              SOLD AS IS !

The new Mitsubishi RVR Crossover will launch in 2010 When you think of Mitsubishi you either think of big SUVs like the Shogun or you think of slightly bonkers performance cars like the Evo. But in these strange, ‘Green’ times that doesn’t sit well with the public (or at least with car makers perception of what the public think) so car makers are looking to re-align their image. BMW has gone from the ‘Ultimate Driving Machine’ to ‘Joy’, and Mitsubishi wants us to think of it as a maker of fluffy-bunnie, eco-cars that do everything the buyer wants, but eat CO2 for breakfast and run on fresh air.

The new Vauxhall VXR8 GTS gets 576bhp If you’re going to make your most potent saloon car more powerful, you could just tweak the engine management a bit to add a few more horses. But Vauxhall have gone a bit further with the latest VXR8 GTS – it gets a 6.2 litre V8 from the Camaro ZL1, a whole 150bhp and 140lb/ft of torque than the old VXR8. Vauxhall has based the GTS on Holden’s new GEN-F GTS – Australia’s maddest production Holden – and the increase in power comes courtesy of a supercharger, new exhaust system.
