 ANTIQUE WORKING DASHBOARD MAGNETIC CLOCK

Fresh from an estate sale is this antique Magnetic dash Clock. I Don't know much about this clock but it appears to be in good working condition. It measures 3 3/4 inches tall and 3 1/2 inches across. Has a beautiful art deco look with antique styling. There is strong built in magnets on the bottom to stick to your dashboard or any metal surface. It has a clear lens face with no chips or scratches. It has its original finish and a brass ring around the clock face with a vintage patina in all the right places. Tested and working but I can't guarantee its accuracy due to it being an antique so it is being sold as is. A period correct accessory for your vintage car, truck or display case. Look at the pictures and see how nice it's for the condition as they are part of the description. Last picture is for an example and is not included.

Datsunland USA: California museum chronicles early history of brand in America

Tue, 20 Jul 2010

Fred Jordan is a true believer. “It's the greatest automotive story ever told,” he said with the fire of a zealot. “This story is so wonderful, if someone could just get it down!” We were sitting in the Datsun Heritage Museum, under a sign that said, “Datsunland,” and I was trying desperately to get it down.

New Jaguar XJC – the Coupe

Tue, 14 Jul 2009

Jaguar already has a new Jaguar XJC on the drawing board – a coupe version of the new Jaguar XJ The last Jaguar XJC was in the ’70s, and was built on the SWB version of the Series II Jaguar XJ.  In fact – by the time Jaguar got round to launching the XJC on to the market in 1975 – it was the only XJ that had the SWB, as all XJ saloons had moved over to the LWB as standard. A glorious-looking car – especially in ‘New Avengers’ guise as driven by Steed – it was plagued by the problems that beset British Leyland at the time.

Aston Martin CC100 open 2 seater on the way

Thu, 07 Mar 2013

Aston Martin has revealed it is to build a limited run of two exclusive CC100 Roadsters to celebrate its centenary year. Aston Martin’s last ‘Limited Edition’ was the £1 million plus One-77 which helped Aston put some much needed funds in their bank account. The One-77 was a custom made car with a custom made price but now, with Aston Martin celebrating its centenary year this year, they’re about to build a new concept car – the Aston Martin CC100 – that’s based on the V12 Vantage but with an open roadster body.
