Bought these and realized I preferred the stock setting.  Only put one side on, sat on it and took them back off.  I waited too long to install them so I was unable to return them.  No marks at all, like new.  Other side is still in packaging.  Why spend a ton of money on rearsets when this can give you what you need?  These cost me about $175.  This is the black option, 30mm drop.  Give you more legroom and is fully adjustable - see website for details at twisted throttle dot com.

Will fit:

RSV
Tuono
Falco
Shiver
Mana
RSV1000
Pegaso

Driven: BMW X6

Mon, 07 Jul 2008

Why do people like some cars and dislike others? There are all sorts of reasons for sure, but there aren't so many cars that one both likes and also dislikes. The BMW X6 takes this a stage further in being a design that is likable and unlikable for the same reason.

Being fat creates an extra tonne of Co2 emissions a year Much as I’m prone to warn against blindly believing the ‘Cars are destroying the Planet’ mantra we hear every day, it’s not me laying the blame at the feet of our chubby readers. The London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicines has made the claim, for a variety of reasons, explained by Dr Phil Edwards who said “Walking around in a heavy body is like driving a gas guzzler”. But of course, that needs a little extra explanation to put it in to context.

Vauxhall launches powerful 1.0 petrol engine

Mon, 17 Feb 2014

OLD-FASHIONED 1.6-litre petrol engines in Vauxhall cars are about to be replaced by a clever new 1.0-litre alternative. The tiny newcomer has only three cylinders, but thanks to a turbocharger it coughs up more power and torque than many normal 1.6-litre equivalents. It’s set to debut in Vauxhall’s funky Adam supermini, although the new engine will be display-only when it emerges at the Geneva Motor Show next month.
