Funding sought to restore WWI lorry

Wed, 25 Jun 2014

The Coventry-built Maudslay vehicle was one of more than 1,700 Maudslays that saw service in the Great War. Coventry Motor Museum which purchased the vehicle 14 years ago now needs to raise £5,000 to put the finishing touches to the restoration in time for the 100th anniversary of the outbreak of the First World War this summer.
