Mounting should be done very carefully to prevent cables and the hoses being pulled forcefully from the gauge. B2 gauge should not be submerged under water or exposed to pressured water source. Find a vacuum source on the intake manifold side and connect it to the hose fitting provided. If needed, secure the hose with hose clamps or tie zips. OUTPUTS 1 – 0-5V Analog output for engine management systems (EMS) and data loggers Lower and upper limits are 0 PSIa and 80 PSIa (0V = 0 PSIa, 5V = 80 PSIa) 2 – Digital output is 9600 8N1 serial that can be connected to a PC Both EFI and carburated applications are ok. * The low and high limits for analog and simulated NB (NarrowBand) can be modified using the programming procedure. WIRING APSX B2 has a 4ft output cable (4 cables / green-white-red-black). Red power cable goes to a switched 12V source which comes ON when the ignition is ON. Please use a minimum 2A fuse with the connection. Black cable goes to a grounded source such as battery ground (-) post. Green digital output is 9600 8N1 serial that can be connected to your PC. If you want to connect other devices such as data loggers, you can use white analog cable for 0-5V output. The cable (8ft) and the vacuum hose should be routed in a way so that there would not be any contact extreme heat sources to prevent damage. Citroen C-XR concept looks like Citroen’s take on the Peugeot 2008: Beijing Motor Show
Mon, 21 Apr 2014The Citroen C-XR Concept (pictured) debuts in Beijing The Citroen DS 6WR was revealed last week as a new SUV heading for the Beijing Motor Show, but it turns out it’s not the only Citroen SUV making a debut in Beijing. The Citroen C-XR concept – a creation of the joint venture between Citroen and China’s Dongfeng – has also been revealed as a compact SUV / Crossover, and looks like the Citroen take on the Peugeot 2008. With styling that says more SUV than Crossover – added butch bits, wide chunky nose and a statement grill – the C-XR looks production-ready, and although Citroen has done what it can to make the C-XR look like a proper SUV it appears it won’t be getting 4WD.

2010 Acura ZDX recalled
Tue, 13 Apr 2010Acura said on Tuesday that it is recalling 1,850 versions of its freshly launched 2010 ZDX crossover for a potential airbag problem. The recall stems from a dashboard material that was cut wrong, which would cause the passenger-side airbag to deploy improperly. About two percent of the vehicles recalled are likely affected, spokesman Gary Robinson said.
