The AQMP70BTB is a convenient Bluetooth-enabled headunit for your marine vehicle. It's equipped with AM/FM radio, a USB port and SD card slot for direct playback of your digital music. There's also a 3.5mm aux-in jack on the front of the unit, so you can connect virtually any music player with a standard headphone jack output. The keypad on the front of the headunit allows you to dial numbers, answer phone calls, and hang up over Bluetooth. You can also make hands-free phone calls and stream music from your Bluetooth-enabled smartphone. The beautiful white LCD display shows artist and song information (ID3 tags) for MP3s played from your SD/USB cards. Store up to 30 of your favorite radio stations — 18 FM, 12 AM. Tweak your sound to your exact specifications using the balance, bass, treble, and fader controls. Stereo line out jacks let you connect this headunit to an external amplifier or speakers. They're rated at 500 watts for big power. The 1.25' high temperature Kapton voice coil accurately reproduces low and mid-range frequencies, while the 0.5' superior dome tweeter hits the high frequencies. Volvo S60 Polestar goes in to production
Wed, 17 Apr 2013It sounded like a plan to put it in to production – even if it would probably need twin turbos to make it nicely wieldy on the road – and that’s exactly what Volvo and Polestar have done. The Volvo S60 Polestar has gone in to limited production, initially for the Australian market, but instead of the mighty 508bhp of the concept it has to make do with a more pedestrian 350bhp, little more than the V60 we reviewed last year with the Polestar upgrade. But the extra power is enough to get the production S60 Polestar to 62mph in 4.9 seconds and, thanks to tweaks to the suspension, brakes and aerodynamics, the S60 Polestar looks like it will be able to handle the power quite well.

Ford lowers Sync price
Mon, 01 Aug 2011Ford is cutting the price of its Sync software, the company said on Monday. The price will drop from $395 to $295, and Sync will be available on base trim levels for the first time. The new pricing rolls out on the 2012 Ford Explorer and Ford Edge base models.
