The Toyota Prado 90 is a medium sized passenger wagon with a good blend of off road capability and comfort for long distance touring. Being the first Prado to adopt an independent front suspension setup, the 90 Series proved extremely popular as an all-rounder and remains a comfortable and capable vehicle to this day.

With a comfort orientated suspension setup from the factory our OME engineers focused on increasing control and handling, particularly with extra loads on board, as well as providing increases in ride height.

A large range of springs and shocks were developed to cater for differing vehicle setups, achieving ride height increases of approximately 40mm without the need for costly modification. Extensive shock tuning was undertaken to optimize comfort, control and handling and trim packers were developed to fine tune front and rear ride heights.

2014 Range Rover & Range Rover Sport updates – includes 4.4 V8 Diesel for Range Rover Sport

Thu, 05 Sep 2013

The 2014 Range Rover gets a Black Design Pack (pictured) The new Range Rover has only been with us for five minutes (well, a year), but that’s not going to stop Land Rover from throwing in a few tweaks for 2014. Perhaps top of the list is the new model Range Rover – the Range Rover Hybrid - which is currently busy driving down the Silk Trail to India and promises the same sort of performance as the TDV8 but with economy that betters the 3.0 litre TDV6. The hybrid version of the Range Rover will also be joined by a hybrid version of the new Range Rover Sport, with 44.1mpg and emissions of 169g/km making the Range Rover and Sport a more appealing BIK option.

July 10: How many miles to a bar?

Sat, 10 Jul 2010

Drove to Arcadia and back, six miles each way. I kept watching the fuel gauge to see when it would pop over and I would lose a bar. It finally did after about 14 kms, or 8 and a half miles.
