We are not liable for delays that are out of our control, such as weather, disasters, or other unstoppable events. All packages do NOT include insurance, you must contact us if you would like to add insurance. We are not liable for un-insured packages that get lost or damaged, un-insured packages are the liability of the buyer. We only use UPS & USPS as our main shipping carriers, we also ship Speed-Dee Delivery if it is available in your area. Combined Shipping: We do offer combined shipping for multiple items purchased. A combined item invoice must be requested PRIOR to payment of any of the items to receive combined shipping. Item(s) paid for on separate invoices will be shipped separately. (EX: 3 Invoices = 3 Shipments) If you want to save money on shipping you must combine your items on one invoice PRIOR to payment. International Shipping: We welcome international customers to purchase our items. If you do not see a shipping quote to your country, please contact us and we will provide you with one. You must provide us with a correct shipping address in English upon purchasing an item. If your package is returned to us because it was undeliverable, only the purchase price of the item(s) will be refunded. The cost of shipping will not be refunded to you. Taxes, duties, brokerage fees, and customs fees on items shipped internationally are the responsibility of the buyer, they are not included in the sale price. No envelopes or flat boxes. Wed, 20 Nov 2013Any sports or sporty car driver worth their gear oil will remember the mighty Datsun 510 - the front-engine, rear-drive coupe, sedan and wagon that gave racers on a budget something that was just as fun to pilot as BMWs and Alfas of the day. From 1968 to 1973 you could have as much fun as any of those guys with fancy European rides. While a little more boxy than its competitors, the 510 was nonetheless nimble and extraordinarily fun to drive.
Fisker Automotive lays off some workers as government reworks loan
Mon, 06 Feb 2012Work on the Fisker Nina family sedan has temporarily halted at the Fisker Automotive plant in Wilmington, Del., while the carmaker and the federal government hash out details of the company's $529 million Department of Energy loan. The interruption has resulted in the layoff of 26 people at its Delaware plant and a number of contract engineers at Fisker's Anaheim, Calif., headquarters. Fisker Automotive said some of the engineering-staff reductions in Anaheim were already planned to occur in between development of the Karma and the Nina.
German new car sales drop 11 per cent – pre-reg accounts for 33.5 per cent
Fri, 19 Oct 2012New car sales in Germany dropped by 11 per cent in September with pre-reg cars accounting for over a third of all sales. That drop of 11 per cent in Germany is despite deep discount offers – an average of 12.2 per cent in September – with even the previously invincible Mercedes and VW having to offer discounts of up to €3k, despite which VW’s sales fell by 20 per cent in Germany and Mercedes by 12 per cent. What’s perhaps most interesting about the decline in car sales in Germany is the number of pre-reg cars sold (pre reg cars are cars registered by dealers to hit sales targets and then sold at a discount of up to 25 per cent).
