Shipping: Shipping listed is for lower 48 states only. Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada call for rates. It will be more expensive and take longer to get for these states. Customers in the Midwest states will have product shipped using Spee Dee Delivery Services in place of a UPS selection, unless directly requested otherwise.

Returns:

• All returns require a return authorization; contact Ken’s Sports.
• There are no returns on used parts.
• Item must be in its original unused condition, and in it original packaging.
• On exchanges, shipping is charged to you on the item you are returning and also the item being sent to you.

International Shipping: Ken’s Sports will ship internationally; we do not consider Canada international. However, all international customers are advised to contact Ken’s Sports before purchasing the item. Shipping rates and method of payment will differ for international customers.
