Wed, 17 Feb 2010The Bentley Continental Supersports Convertible will debut at Geneva The Bentley Continental Supersports Convertible has been on the way for a while. We reported that a Supersports Convertible was likely back in October, and as Bentley have managed to chop the top off all the other iterations of the Continental GT there was no way they were going to pass up the chance to add another variant to the list. Bentley have also added the FlexFuel capability to all models in the Continental range.
Aston Martin V12 Zagato (2011) unveiled at Villa d'Este
Fri, 20 May 2011Aston Martin today unveiled the new 2011 V12 Zagato, a V12 Vantage supercar rebodied by Italian coachbuilder Zagato. We saw the first design sketch a few weeks ago, designed to mark the 50th anniversary of the gorgeous DB4 GT Zagato of 1961. Now Aston Martin and Zagato are unveiling the new V12 at this weekend's Villa D'Este concours in Italy.
Report: Interior Motives China Conference 2009 - Day 1
Mon, 27 Apr 2009Interior Motives returned once more to the exciting city of Shanghai for its second China design conference, themed ‘China: Changing the landscape of car design'. Held straight after the first Shanghai auto show press day - a day topped off by the Car Design Night, attended by some 300 or so designers - this two-day event saw 27 of the world's foremost car design experts and nearly 250 delegates gather together to debate the future of Chinese car design. Session 1 - Harnessing design awareness Tony Williams, UK design director of China's biggest carmaker, SAIC, kicked off the session by explaining how trend research was finding more savvy and confident Chinese consumers who want their character reflected in the products they buy and "cars they want rather than just need".
