They feature a hidden spring plate that is mounted behind the convex glass that will not vibrate or loosen and a stainless steel pivot is pressed into each mirror stem. Features: Small Stylish designs for factory and custom applications. Includes hardware for Harley Davidson®, Victory®, Honda®, Suzuki® and Kawasaki® models (Yamaha® application requires #Y-1040 adapter) Glass dimensions: 3 ¾”W X 1 ½”H Sold each.

Aston Martin US dealers could lose DB9 & Vantage – which could see many shutting up shop

The Aston Martin V12 Vantage S Roadster (pictured) might not make the US The rules and regulations car makers have to conform to are both enormous and onerous, and different markets have different regulations. And it looks like new side impact regulation could scupper AML’s sales in the US. New side impact rules – due to come in to force in the US in September – means that two of Aston Martin’s big sellers – the DB9 and Vantage V8 and V12 – would have to be withdrawn from sale in the US as they won’t comply.

Our friends over at Jalopnik are currently at Jaguar F-Type media event over in Seattle, where they had a chance to catch up with its design Wayne Burgess (check out our full interview with him here), who revealed some interesting sources of inspiration for some of its detailing. The first is a real easter egg - a detail that once you've discovered it you can't help but see - the front lamp cans are based on Star Wars' TIE Fighter. What has been seen can not be unseen.
