*PATENTED ARCH SUPPORT SYSTEM*!! The purpose of this invention is to keep your pontoon boat dry by adding this arch support system under your cover!

YOUR PURCHASE INCLUDES 4 SETS of Brackets.

Four Sets are on the boat shown with the blue cover in these slides.  Please note that the boat cover and the PVC pipe are not included in this ad.

WINTERIZING INSTRUCTIONS ARE INCLUDED WITH YOUR PURCHASE - YOU SIMPLY PLACE PVC UPRIGHTS UNDER THE ARCHES AND CONNECT THEM WITH NYLON ROPE. (However, we highly recommend not leaving ice, snow or rain accumulation on boat covers for any length of time.  Doing so will result in damage to your boat and accessories.)

This system is designed for standard 1.25 square inch rails.  You must have access to all four sides of the rail for this system to work.  If you have metal sheeting that runs all the way up to the railing or if your seat cushions butt up to the railing or go above the railing (as most newer Pontoon models do) then we recommend using the Dual Arch Support System Bracket.  If you have rails that are not 1.25" then we recommend the Universal Arch Support System Bracket, which adjusts from .5" to 4.75".  If you are in an area of heavy, snow, wind or rain we recommend using our Laser, Dual Arch or Universal Arch Support Systems.

As with any of our Arch Support Systems, we recommend using a new, polyester, 300 Denier cover.  Cotton or used covers will stretch, causing pooling between the arches, then resulting in system failure.  If you have any questions regarding which System is best for your boat, please feel free to contact us for an evaluation.  Include your boat model, length and year.

I SUGGEST 4 ARCH SUPPORTS FOR ANY PONTOON BOAT FROM 17' TO 24'

( Send me an email if you would like to purchase single sets )

Note: .You must go to your local hardware store ( Like Lowes ) and pickup you own pipe – PVC is shown here. (avg price for one 10 foot 3/4" sch 40 pipe is about $2.00)

GRAY ELECTRICAL PVC HAS A MUCH HIGHER TEMP RATING THAN THE WHITE COLD WATER PIPE, SO IF A HOT CLIMATE IS YOUR AREA YOU MIGHT CHECK THE GREY 3/4" IN THE ELECTRICAL DEPARTMENT AT YOUR LOCAL SUPPLY STORE.

Solid 5/16" diameter steel w/bright zinc plating will last for yearsThe rail bracket is for 1 1/4" railing, the most common size.

A Great Gift Idea!

And now Audi has confirmed it. The new Q1 will add to Audi’s already burgeoning sales of SUV, with the Q3, Q5 and even the Q7, selling well, with the Q5 managing half of the 200,000 plus SUVs Audi sell each year all on its own.

This the the VW Amarok Power Pick-Up concept car. After the 496bhp Golf GTI 'Design Vision', Seat racers, Skoda Rapid Sport and Audi's stripped TTS, you'd have been forgiven for thinking we'd seen the last of 2013's tuned VWs, but instead we've got an Amarok that'll hit 62mph in just 7.9sec. What gives the VW Amarok Power Pick-Up its, erm, power?

Merry Christmas 2013 from all at Cars UK

Wed, 25 Dec 2013

Merry Christmas 2013 from all at Cars UK It’s that time of year when, whatever your beliefs, it’s a great excuse to kick back, relax, enjoy good food and drink and chill. So, even though we run regular car news every other day of the year, we get let off the leash to scatter to family gatherings and forget the travails of reporting the latest car news on Christmas Day. This year, just as we have in many previous years, we bring you Bernie Ecclestone’s take on Christmas 2013, the usual Bernie cartoon take on what’s been his event of the year in F1.
