Combining purchases to save on shipping is usually possible, however some items cannot be combined due to their size or type of packaging used. If you would like to combine your purchases, please contact us FIRST, prior to making payment. If you send payment for an item, it may be shipped immediately. Once goods are shipped, we cannot combine shipping on further or future purchases.

In order to remain in compliance with PayPal's Seller Protection Policy, all orders exceeding $250 in value will require the buyer to sign for the package(s) upon delivery. We understand that it is sometimes inconvenient for buyers to be home to sign for packages, but unfortunately, PayPal will not stand behind the transaction if no signature is received.

International buyers are responsible for paying all duties, tariffs and brokerage fees that your country or the shipping carrier may impose. Returns due to refusal of payment of said fees will result in forfeiture of all associated shipping costs. Additionally, we absolutely will NOT falsify labels (mark goods as "gifts" or "samples", or "undervalue" invoices to avoid duties or fees. NO exceptions will be made, so please do not ask. We are able to ship out nearly all orders within 2 business days of receiving payment. Once your product has shipped, we will post the tracking number to the eBay order details page. Please check their prior to emailing to request your tracking number. For UPS Ground shipments, there's a transit time estimate for your location. Please note that weekends, holidays, inclement weather and transport issues may all factor into the actual transit time.
