The 2011 Mercedes S63 AMG get the new 5.5 Litre BiTurbo V8 Mercedes intend phasing out the much loved – and wonderfully linear – 6.2 litre, naturally aspirated V8 which graces AMG Mercedes models across the range, from C Class to S Class and E class to CL Class. Modeling for Meadow Brook: Cars, and dresses, on display at concours preview

Cars weren't the only models on display during a preview for the Concours D'Elegance of America at Meadow Brook. Wearing dresses by designer Bob Mackie, three female models also posed for the cameras. Mackie, who is known for dressing a number of celebrities, including Cher, originally designed the dresses to be worn in the 1983 North American International Auto Show.

This year's Concorso d'Eleganza Villa d'Este took place over the weekend of 23-35 May. Bathed in spring sunshine, the lawns of the Grand Hotel Villa d'Este played host to the annual gathering of 50 of the world's finest classic and concept cars, and 35 motorbikes. Sadly, clashing commitments meant that CDN couldn't jet down to Lake Como this year.
