ARP - The world leader in fastener technology has just released four new bellhousing bolt kits for 1962 and later General Motors V6 and V8 applications equipped with and Powerglide transmissions. These bolt kits are rated at 170,000 PSI tensile strength which is substantially stronger than grade 8 hardware and packaged in the correct lengths to properly engage the cylinder block and the transmission bellhousing. These kits are available in Black Oxide hex or 12 point and rust-free Stainless hex or 12 point head. Washers are included. New Renault Twingo revealed – debuts at Geneva
Thu, 13 Feb 2014The new Renault Twingo revealed The new Renault Twingo has been revealed a little earlier than Renault planned with a single group photo of the new Twingo (above) after first images leaked on to the Interwebs, and Renault are promising a proper set of photos later (we’ll update then). The new Twingo takes its cues from the recent Renault Twinz Concept and is underpinned by the same rear-engined, rear-wheel-drive platform as the next generation SMART ForFour. Both the new Twingo and the new ForFour will use the same range of 3-cylinder engines complete with either a manual or dual-clutch auto ‘box, and the Twingo comes with a front end that looks like the rest of the latest Renault range and will be available in both three and five-door options.
2014 Ram 1500 diesel in the works
Thu, 14 Feb 2013Chrysler has announced that a diesel-powered Ram 1500 pickup is in the works. It's expected to hit dealer lots -- and presumably, America's family farms -- in the third quarter of 2013. Set to be released as a 2014 model year vehicle, the oil-burning 1500 will get a 3.0-liter V6 wearing Chrysler's new EcoDiesel branding.
Volkswagen creates R division for sporty cars

This may sound familiar--VW already calls some of its specialty cars Rs--and now it's bundling sales and development all into one unit. VW has the Scirocco R and the Golf R for cars, as well as the dynamic R Line of design trims.
