This same tool is now available to you in your Liquid Leather repair kit. You can repair holes, rips, tears and burns in minutes. The repair compound colors mix to all popular shades. The colored repair compound is applied into the damaged spot, covered with a grain texture paper, and the paper is heated with the special electric heat tool in your kit. When cool, the grain paper is peeled off, and the repair is finished. Heat causes the repair compound to turn into a leather like material...the grain paper puts the texture in the repair compound. We process and ship orders Monday thru Friday and are unable to offer weekend or holiday delivery. All items will be shipped within 48 hours after payment clears. We use different couriers such as USPS, Fedex, UPS, etc. We only ship to a confirmed PayPal account address that originates from the 48 Contiguous United States. We only ship to the lower 48 states, not including Alaska, Hawaii, US Protectorates. We do not ship Internationally (including Canada). We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Military addresses. we are unable to accommodate local pickups. We are unable to offer combined shipping for multiple items purchased. Many of our items are shipped directly from our suppliers or warehouse to expedite delivery. Once your package has shipped, tracking information for your order is promptly added within eBay's system so you may track your package.

RETURNS

All returns must be reviewed by us and issued with a RMA number before you ship. Never send a return without consulting us as the returned address is different from the source address. To return an item to us, please contact us first in order to obtain an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. RMA Numbers are valid from 14 days after issuance. After you are issued an RMA number, please send the item(s) in immediately. Returned items without proper RMA numbers will be discarded.

Orders will be refunded directly through PayPal. All customer returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which we may choose to waive at any time. Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer, and original shipping charges will not be refunded. In cases of items that include free shipping, we reserve the right to deduct our cost of shipping from the refund total. Returns are accepted within fourteen (14) days from delivery date in the original packaging. Buyer must submit a return request within seven (7) days of the delivery date.

Damaged or Missing Parts
If your package should arrive damaged or containing missing parts, please notify us immediately. There is no return shipping charge should the item arrive damaged. At such time a replacement will be shipped out or a refund will be granted, it will be up to the buyer. Damaged shipments must be reported within seven (7) business days from the delivery date. We cannot warrant an item that has been improperly used or physically damaged. Buyer must carefully pack defective items being returned, as if they were new and working. Failure in doing so may invalidate both the RMA and the warranty. If there is a Manufacturer Direct Warranty, we require that you return the unit direct to manufacturer, unless the unit was "Dead on Arrival" within fourteen (14) business days from the delivery date.

Refusal of Shipment or Insufficient Address
All sales are final. Open items cannot be returned unless defective. Returns of products, other than with defect, are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns are allowed 14 days after receipt of item(s). Please allow approx. two (2) weeks for issued refunds to appear.

If a shipment is refused for any reason, including post office non-delivery, the customer is responsible for the charge incurred to re-ship the item. If the item is not wanted after first attempt of delivery, the purchase price will be refunded in full less the shipping expense. We cannot warrant any product as fit for any particular use or purpose. We strongly recommend buyers to evaluate a sample unit to determine whether the product will meet their configuration or expectations prior to purchasing.

We’ve banged on for a long time about the futility of official economy figures, especially as car makers get better and better at ‘gaming’ the official economy tests to produce the results they want. Much of the impetus to create the best headline economy figure for a car is driven by taxation, with car makers well aware that the better the official economy results are, the lower their CO2 will be (CO2 isn’t tested for – it’s just extrapolated from the official mpg) and the more appealing the car will be to buyers, particularly fleet buyers. But a ruling by the Advertising Standards Agency (ASA) against Audi could at least see car makers having to admit in their adverts that the ‘official’ economy figure bears no relation to what owners can expect to achieve in the real world.
