T-1000 Stealth Single Turbo Kit to suit the VE range of Commodores 

The kit includes a custom made manifold and crossover pipe which are both fabricated from high temperature steam pipe. Utilizing a Garrett GT4502R dual ball bearing turbo, the kit has the potential to generate upwards of 550rwkw. The T-1000 kit is aimed at the upper range of performance enthusiasts and is at home with stroker engines or other internal modifications. Having said this, the T-1000 is just as well suited to those running stock capacity the T-800 uses the finest quality parts including Garrett turbo and a Turbosmart 38mm wastegate. All intercooler piping, manifolds and the header tank are manufactured in-house delivering our customers locally made products.

Black powder coating is included as standard on the kit. This covers all intercooler piping, washer fluid/coolant overflow reservoir and the intake pipe and ensures longevity as well as delivering the ultimate stealth look.

Our VE single turbo kits include HPC coating as standard which covers the manifold, crossover pipe, dump pipe and turbo turbine housing in stealth black coating.

Adrian van Hooydonk named Director of BMW Group Design

In the wake of Chris Bangle's decision to resign from the top job, Adrian van Hooydonk takes over as Director of BMW Group Design with immediate effect. In his new position van Hooydonk will be responsible for the design development for the BMW, Rolls-Royce and Mini brands. "I am honored and extremely excited to take on this new responsibility," says van Hooydonk.

Holden will sell cars in Australia beyond 2017

When we heard about Holden's plans to shutter its Australian plants after 2017, we didn't know quite what to think. The General Motors subsidiary was cagey when it came to details, claiming that the brand would remain a presence in Australia -- even maintaining its design office there. Oddly, we couldn't get anyone to say, in black-and-white terms, what vehicles would be sold there under the Holden name after its plants close.

Nearly two in five have seen or heard about car accidents between parents outside school gates.
