TT-1000 Stealth V8 Commodore Turbo Kit

After many hours of product design and development, ASE have finalised our VE V8 twin turbo kit. Utilising twin Garrett GT3076 roller bearing turbochargers, our VE kit has the potential to flow up to 1000hp of air flow. This kit suits VE Commodores with V8 L98 series engines.
The TT-1000 has proven itself both on and off the track. 450rwkw has been generated on a number of stock V8 L98 engines and this kit is currently used on Australia’s fastest VE Commodore which has run a 10.1 second pass in a full weight, stock L98 VE SS sedan.

  • Twin Garrett GT3076 ball bearing turbochargers
  • Twin entry 600x300 core size, bar and plate intercooler
  • Hand made schedule 40 steam pipe manifolds
  • Mandrel bent aluminium intercooler piping finished in texture black powder coating
  • Mandrel bent aluminium intake pipes and quality K&N air filters
  • 3 inch mandrel bent dump pipes
  • Stainless teflon braided oil feed kit for both turbos
  • Coolant feed lines
  • All black silicone hoses and clamps to suit complete kit
  • Aluminium black powder coated undertray
  • Fabricated and powdercoated windscreen washer reservoir

Mecum achieves record-setting auction in Dallas with 1967 Corvette L88 convertible

Mecum is no stranger to hosting million-dollar auctions all over the United States. Their most recent event in Dallas put collector Buddy Herin's 1967 Corvette L88 Convertible in the spotlight, making it one of the most successful auctions in Mecum history. Being just one of 20 produced during that year, this rare breed made history for its $3.2 million price tag, the highest price ever achieved for a Corvette at any auction.

College Exhibition: IED Degree Show 2008

Graduating students at the Istituto Europeo di Design of Turin (IED) recently completed a project created in association with BMW. The projects, presented at an exhibition entitled ‘Designing the BMW of 2015', followed a brief to design a car by interpreting the language evolution and the trademark essence in view of the company's future perspectives. Students were asked to research the needs, tastes and lifestyle of 35 year old individual in 2025 and find inspiration in natural elements (sun, sea, wind and earth) and in forms of expression (music, painting and art).
