for sale is an ashtray with a lighter removed from an old Coronet that we had. it's been a while, and i can't remember the exact year. it is very solid, but does have some surface rust inside the ashtray itself.the rest is pretty clean. the chrome finish on the knob is a little worn. wires from lighter have been cut, but are there. # on this piece is 1A22112. there are no dents or dings on the front that i can see, just scratches- this part needs sanded & painted. i do not know if this lighter works or not.you can pull it out easily, it's not frozen in there. this is original, used & 50 yrs old (approx), so please don't expect perfect. happy bidding!

Chrysler sues retailer for using 'Imported From Detroit' slogan
Thu, 17 Mar 2011Chrysler Group LLC wants a federal judge to halt sales of its "Imported From Detroit" T-shirts or other merchandise in a trademark infringement lawsuit filed against Detroit retailer Pure Detroit and its co-owners in U.S. District Court. This week the automaker filed suit against Moda Group LLC, which operates Pure Detroit's three stores selling Detroit-branded merchandise.
