Aston Martin #4 X 5/8" S/s Trim Screws Oval Slotted Head Db5 Db6 Jaguar British on 2040-parts.com
Redding, California, United States
These #4 x 5/8" slotted oval head stainless steel trim screws are correct for any classic DB Aston Martin. These were also used on Jaguar and other British cars. These were used to hold on door panels, kick panels, window trims, etc.
This listing is for a bag of 100 screws which is more than enough to do the typical interior. Please see our eBay store for these screws in other lengths. These Aston Martins used a special #4 flush trim washer which we have in our eBay store. Aston Martin did not use the more common countersunk washer that sat on top of the surface, but rather the one as pictured that is flush with the surface. $2.00 shipping within the US for first bag, $0.50 extra per additional bag of any combination of #4 washers and screws. International customers: Please note that the United States Postal Service has recently greatly increased their international postage rates. We apologize for the postage costs but this is the actual rate for First Class Mail International. Thank you for looking and please feel free to contact us with any questions! |

Russian Grand Prix: Hamilton on pole for Mercedes
Sat, 11 Oct 2014Hamilton (r) has pole in Russia followed by Rosberg (l) and Bottas (c) Amid tight security thanks to Russia’s ongoing spat in Ukraine, and a muted appetite for exuberance after Jules Bianchi’s dreadful crash with a JCB on track last weekend, the rest of the F1 circus seems to be on normal duty, with Hamilton’s Mercedes taking the front row and Hamilton dominating proceedings in qualifying to secure another pole position. But it wasn’t necessarily going all Mercedes’ way, with Bottas stringing together a very quick lap in the dying moments of final qualifying that looked like it could propel him in front of the Mercedes duo, until he lost traction at the end of his flying lap and had to settle for third spot in tomorrow’s race. Joining Bottas on row two is Jenson Button and his McLaren after a strong qualifying, and Daniil Kvyat – at his first home Grand Prix – managed to secure a very impressive fifth spot for Toro Rosso. Kevin Magnussen in the second McLaren would have been on row three in sixth spot but gets a five place penalty for a gearbox change.

Mon, 17 Sep 2012Radio 2 DJ and Ferrari nut Chris Evans has bought the Dunlop Bridge from Donington Park in a charity auction. When Chris Evans goes to an auction, he usually comes back with a trophy car from Maranello, such as the James Coburn Ferrari 250 GT SWB (or the Ferrari 250 GTO he bought privately through RM Auctions). This time, the Ginger one has been busy buying the sort of motoring ephemera that only a man with a big back garden could afford to find a home for – the iconic Dunlop Bridge from Donington Park.
