We have virtually everything in stock that you would need to rebuild the engine of your classic DB Aston Martin 6-cylinder, DB2 through DBS. Here we have a set of six forged Ross Racing pistons for your DB5 through DBS 4 Liter. They are a .100" overbore, giving a useful 200cc displacement increase. Your existing liners are bored and honed to suit; if your liners are damaged we have new ones in stock at this piston size, needing only a final hone for clearance. This set comes with a set of Total Seal piston rings. The piston pins are made slightly oversize, so your existing pin bushes just need to be honed and not replaced. A DB4 3.7L would require machine work to the upper and lower liner bores and new liners to use these pistons. These pistons are stronger and less expensive than the stock cast ones. A no-brainer, used on all of our in-house engine rebuilds. Bentley Sports Car Concept at Paris 2012
Tue, 28 Aug 2012It appears Bentley are planning to reveal a new sports car concept at the 2012 Paris Motor Show, perhaps as a pointer to a new, sportier, model. Bentley has a great motorsport history, but its current crop of cars – even the new Continental GT Speed – are heavy grand tourers rather than sports cars. But with Bentley looking for new directions in a bid to up its annual sales to 15,000, they are looking at new directions to build sales, one of which is the Bentley SUV.
Brabus tunes Mercedes S-class for Frankfurt motor show

The clumsily named sedan comes with an iPad mini that can control all COMAND functions from the back seat. Of course, Brabus wouldn't be here without adding gobs of power to the normally staid S-class.
GM covers partial repair cost for defective fuel-level sensors
Fri, 07 Oct 2011General Motors has said it will cover half the cost for repairing defective fuel gauges in 2005- through 2009- model-year Chevrolet, Buick, GMC and Saab 9-7X sport-utility vehicles. GM's agreement to pay half the repair costs puts an end to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration's probe, opened earlier this year. NHSTA was checking into reports that the gauges showed there was more gas in the tank than there actually was.
