I have a used ATI mandrel for sale.  I had it on a LS chevy engine.  This is a Big block chevy mandrel part # 916631, and then it was modified by ATI to fit the Chevy LS engine.  The LS engines crankshaft bolt sticks out past the edge of the balancer more than the big block chevy balancer bolt.  This requires the Mandrel to be hollowed out some to allow the bolt to insert inside the mandrel sufficiently to bolt on.   It is bolted on using the 3 bolts supplied to attach to the balancer the regular way.
It is the standard 1" size shaft.
It has the standard 1/8" slot cut in the shaft to allow use of a keyway to attach a pulley.
I had this mandrel installed with alternator pulley to be able to run an alternator.   Also included is the 5" deep groove pulley, and aluminum spacers used on this setup.
This also can be used to use a dry sump system, or vacumn pump.

*  Note:  ATI does not make a mandrel specifically to fit LS engines.  They claim the demand is not high enough to build one.
*  So if you have a LS engine, using the ATI super hormonic dampers, and using the APR crank bolt, then you have this option.
 *  The problem is that the big block chevy has the correct bolt pattern to mount the mandrel to the balancer, however, the mandrel will not work out of the box because the crank bolt sticks outside more than the big block chevy mandrel will accomodate.
* I have done the work for you on this one.  You have to get the ATI to modify this mandrel to deepen this recess pocket for it to fit the LS engine.

Another day, another variation on the fabled Toyota FT-86. Following on from the FT-86 II at Geneva and the re-emergence of the original version at the Seoul Auto Show, New York played host to the Scion FR-S concept. Unsurprisingly, the FR-S boasts the same front-engine, rear-wheel drive sports car demeanor - hence the name - but differs visually from the other variations from the long awaited Toyota.
