Peugeot HR1 concept

Alongside the new 508, Peugeot unveiled a B-segment SUV concept called the HR1 in Paris. The new car builds on the new design identity established by the SR1 concept, but also features elements of the diminutive BB1 concept revealed at the 2009 Frankfurt motor show. Honda bumps up new Accord prices by $300

Honda Motor Co. said Monday that prices on the redesigned 2013 Accord sedan will increase, on average, by less than $300, even with the addition of thousands of dollars worth of standard features and technology. Honda has overhauled its top-selling model for 2013 with new, more fuel-efficient engines, a continuously variable transmission, additional standard equipment and other available technology, such as lane departure warning and blind spot detection.

2012 Porsche Boxster revealed The 2012 Porsche Boxster has been revealed with a new lightweight body, revised chassis and engines – and looking much the same as the old Boxster. The 2012 Porsche Boxster (or, as always, if you’re on the other side of the Pond, the 2013 Porsche Boxster) has been revealed, not at the Detroit Auto Show, but, just as Audi did yesterday with the A6 Allroad, as a diversion from the car antics in North America. Looking, as you would expect from Porsche, little different to the current Boxster, the new Porsche Boxster does however get a thorough makeover of body, engines and chassis to make the new Boxster fit to fight for another decade (or so).
