This auction is for a Antique Metal Vehicle Lamp Box With Bulbs Dover Stamping MFG. This metal box is a lamp bulb box that is in good condition. It does show signs of surface rust and has no holes in it. The box holds six bulbs and has five bulbs in it. The bulbs slip into slots and twists in to place to hold them. Inside the box it is marked: DOVER STAMPING & MFG. C0. CAMBRIDGE MASS. These boxes where in Model T Fords as a accessory to hold extra replacement bulbs. The box measures 5 3/8" across by 3 7/8" wide by 3 1/4" tall. Three of the five bulbs are marked MAZDA 21 & 2C and have the three ridges in the glass toward the top of the bulb. One bulb is marked MAZDA also. It is the second to last picture. The last bulb is not marked and has a glass tip to it. I believe this one is the oldest. I have done my best to describe this item. If there are more questions please ask and I will do my best to answer the as quickly as possible. This is a very neat item and will be a great item for a restoration or for a collector.

GM Korea doubles size of its design center

GM has invested $40million in its Korea Design Center, doubling the size of the facility. The expanded studio opened on 25 April, and will give improved support for both exterior and interior design. As well as more studio space, the upgraded facility now includes improved exterior modeling and 3D printing facilities, an outdoor viewing area with three turntables, and a virtual reality studio – the latter allowing design reviews to take place in real time with GM's network of nine other design centers in six other countries around the world.

A VAUXHALL commissioned survey, entitled ‘Are we nearly there yet?’ has revealed that 93% of 5-18 year olds are occupying themselves with a phone or tablet during long car journeys. The CDN-GM Interactive Design Competition judges have announced the winners of the competition's first phase ahead of the launch of the second phase. This year saw another batch of high-quality entries from all over North America and the judges were understandably hard-pressed to pick out just a handful in each of the four brand categories. The judges gathered at GM's Design Center at the automaker's headquarters in Warren, Michigan, where they whittled down the shortlist.
