Need for Speed Ford Mustang sells for $300,000

The 900hp Ford Mustang GT as seen in the latest Need for Speed movie has sold at an auction in the US for $300,000 – that’s roughly £180,000. Unfortunately, the winning bidder might be disappointed to find out that in real life it doesn’t make anywhere near the 900hp claimed in the film, instead running a stock 420hp. The Lexus LF-A - a V10 Supercar - has been revealed in Tokyo Until Lexus announced it was bringing a Supercar to Tokyo, that is. After four years of waiting and endless spy shots of the LF-A pounding round the Nurburgring we finally see the official reveal of the Lexus LF-A. A glorious 4.8 litre V10 Supercar with 552bhp, 354lbs/ft of torque, a 9,000 rpm redline, a six-speed sequential ‘box, a 0-60mph time of 3.5 seconds and a top speed of over 200mph.
