Please review the dyno chart for reference on how well this setup performed with the standard GT3071R turbo. The GT2867 on this setup is absolutely amazing to drive, instant power, very broad power band.

Schedule 40 304SS with CNC'd flanges (thick wall material) Hand built merge collector designed for low turbulence & high flow.

Manifold utilizes a Vband turbo mount & Vband Tial MV-S waste gate flange for extremely fast swapping of turbo/components.

We designed the first top mount manifold for the 2.0ltr A4 for Vast Performance in 2009. The test car used was the owner's car from Vast which was the 2005.5 Wagon. Stock engine except the normal supporting hardware like exhaust, intercooler, pump & injectors etc.

The car was amazing to drive & was extremely responsive.

For reference about the dyno the car was tuned on "the typically B5 S4 stage 3 car usually made around 355whp & on race gas with full RS4 parts 395-400whp".. Wheel to Wheel was the shop which was a factory backed shop by GM & the dyno used was the Mustang dyno calibrated by GM.

The head flange on these manifolds are tricky to make, can only be cnc'd to be accurate & expensive compared to other platform head flanges. 

Ceramic/thermal coating is available upon request for an additional fee in either silver or black & we also make a 3 inch Down pipe upon request.
