RETURN/CREDIT POLICY: We at QuattroSports USA want you to be happy with your purchase, however, we also understand that it may sometimes be necessary to return products.  We will accept returns on new, unused, uninstalled, and unopened merchandise, still in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase.  All returns are subject to inspection by QuattroSports USA before being approved for refunds.  Although the majority of our prices include shipping for the product listed and therefore and may specify "free shipping" in the description, the original shipping charges will not be reimbursed.  All returns on normally stocked items that are not due to an error on our end will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.  Any special order item or an item not normally stocked is subject to a 20% restocking fee if the return is not due to an error on our end.  In addition, shipping fees on return items are not the responsibility of QuattroSports USA.  In the event an exchange is requested, these same policies pertaining to shipping charges will apply. All electrical components are sold “As Is”: no returns accepted on electrical items.
