RETURN/CREDIT POLICY:
We at QuattroSports USA want you to be happy with your purchase,
however, we also understand that it may sometimes be necessary to return
products. We will accept returns on new, unused,
uninstalled, and unopened merchandise, still in their original packaging
within 14 days of purchase. All returns are subject to inspection by QuattroSports USA before being approved for refunds. Although
the majority of our prices include shipping for the product listed and
therefore and may specify "free shipping" in the description, the
original shipping charges will not be reimbursed. All returns on normally stocked items that are not due to an error on our end will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any
special order item or an item not normally stocked is subject to a 20%
restocking fee if the return is not due to an error on our end. In addition, shipping fees on return items are not the responsibility of QuattroSports USA. In
the event an exchange is requested, these same policies pertaining to
shipping charges will apply. Some special order items may incur a
restocking fee even if an exchange is made. please contact your

cannot guarantee that items will not be subject to random checks by

REFUSED INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT
If
you refuse a shipment from QUATTROSPORTS USA due to customs duties,
taxes, or any other reason, you will be held responsible for both the
original shipping charges and the cost of returning the package to us
($90 USD), or a restocking fee of 20% of the original purchase amount
(whichever is greater). This amount will be deducted from your total merchandise refund.
PAYMENT: PayPal:
We only ship to the address shown in the PayPal payment record. We do
not use the address provided in the Ebay transaction record or ship to
any address you provide to us via email or any other method that differs
from the address provided by PayPal. This policy is for the security of
all PayPal and eBay users and we make no exceptions to this policy.
Payments
must be made within 5 days after winning auction. If your payment is
not received in a timely manner, we will file an unpaid bidder strike
with eBay against your eBay account. Failure to pay for an item costs us
money (Final Value Fees are assessed at time of purchase, not time of
payment) and the only way to get back those eBay fees is to file the
unpaid bidder strike.
PROCESSING TIME: For
Continental USA (lower 48 states and street address served by Fedex or
UPS), most orders ship by the next business day after payment clearance.
Some orders may take up to 3 business days after payment clearance to
ship if they are shipped from a remote warehouse. Saturday, Sunday, and
major national holidays are not considered business days. Orders to all
other locations (including Post Office Box shipments) may take up to 7
business days to ship after payment clearance.
SHIPPING INFORMATION: We
use Fedex, UPS, USPS. Not all carriers are available to all
destinations and we will pick shipping carrier that offers the most
reliable and secure service to your destination. If you have a shipping
carrier preference, please contact us prior to ordering for
availability. International customers, do not assume your order is
shipping USPS even if the eBay shipping calculator shows USPS. Shipping
times and carrier choice vary and may differ from estimates and carriers

LOSS CLAIM OR SHIPPING DAMAGE: When
you receive an item, please inspect it immediately including that you
received the correct part number. If you find something is not in order
(broken, missing, etc.), you must contact us within 7 days after receipt
of product so that we can work with you the resolve the problem. We
will not accept claims after 7 days of receipt. If an item is damaged or
lost during shipping and requires an insurance claim, please expect up
to 60 days to resolve the insurance claim. You must be available for the
insurance company to visit, phone, and/or email you about the damage
and you must keep all shipping materials. Once the claim is approved by
the insurance company, we will ship the replacement product to you. If
you fail to cooperate with the shipping or insurance company, we cannot
finalize a damage or loss claim and replacement product cannot be
provided.
Under
no circumstances will we accept a return on any part that has been
installed. This policy includes parts received in error due to a
shipping mistake. Check your part number(s), check the instructions (if
applicable) and check your application before attempting installation.
WARRANTY: If
you have a warranty issue, please call us or the manufacturer. We will
work with you to help solve your warranty claim according to the
manufacturer's policies. For a warranty claim, most manufacturers only
pay for product replacement or product repair (their option). Any
additional costs, such as shipping, installation, removal, loss of use
of vehicle, etc. are not covered by manufacturer's warranties. Georgia residents pay 7% sales tax at time of check-out.
