Toyota's FT-86 concept has had much fascination and speculation attached to it since its original show debut at the 2009 Tokyo motor show. Geneva saw the much anticipated RWD coupe receive a mild make over and feature several updates for 2011. The FT-86 II has been developed in conjunction with Subaru, who also previewed their vision of the same brief...albeit somewhat further from production specification than the Toyota.

Callaway supercharges 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe and Suburban

The debut of a number of new vehicles from Chevrolet has not gone unnoticed by companies specializing in building go-faster versions of cars and trucks from the Bowtie brand, and the most the most recent vehicles to receive a boost in performance will be the 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe and the Chevrolet Suburban. Callaway Performance may be associated mostly with building supercharged versions of the Corvette, but they're also lent their tuning expertise to Chevrolet trucks, and they've already got some things in store for the brand's largest SUVs. Callaway has announced that they'll give the 5.3-liter EcoTec3 V8 found in both SUVs a supercharged boost, courtesy of an Eaton TVS Roots-style supercharger.

Volvo today revealed its Concept You at the 2011 Frankfurt motor show, as the company continues to evolve its luxury car range. The latest evolution of the Concept Universe, first unveiled at Shanghai earlier this year, showcases the technology and craftsmanship that Volvo will be using in its future line-up, including smart pad technology and a touch-control cockpit. The emphasis on technology reflects the importance of infotainment in current society and immerses the driver to give them complete control and mobile connectivity.
