Showcasing Lamborghini's newfound love for carbon fiber as well as an exhaustive list of new technologies for their road cars – such as a pushrod suspension – the Aventador certainly has a supercar-style spec sheet. The V12 engine used in the Aventador is also all-new and when combined with the lightweight carbon monocoque chassis is claimed to provide blistering performance, albeit in an unrevolutionary body. Apart from the daft looking Hyundai Hexa Space that turned up at Delhi last week, all Hyundai’s latest offerings have been pretty much on the money, none more so than the very convincing Veloster. But there was just one thing we didn’t like about the new Veloster – it’s lack of oomph.
GM signs deal to sell Hummer to Chinese company
Fri, 09 Oct 2009General Motors Co. has inked a deal to sell its premium off-road brand Hummer to a Chinese industrial company. GM said on Friday that it has a definitive agreement with Sichuan Tengzhong Heavy Industrial Machinery Co.
