Mercedes AMG GT & GT S OFFICIALLY revealed

Tue, 09 Sep 2014

Effectively replacing the SLS AMG at the top of Mercedes sporting line-up, the AMG GT isn’t as ‘super’ a Supercar – certainly not in terms of prices – as the old SLS AMG. In fact, although Mercedes are yet to confirm prices, we’re expecting the AMG GT to start at under £100,000 (just) and the AMG GT S to be £10k or so more.

Filson The Filson version features the 6.4-liter V8 instead of the V6.

In a statement to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, BMW noted that a small amount of lubricating oil could leak into the vacuum hose that connects the vacuum pump and the brake booster. This leak could cause power-assist braking to malfunction.
