Here is a rarity for your consideration-- a Lucas HF1748L low note horn that is the one specified as original equipment on Austin Healey 100-4 (BN1 and BN2), 100M, 100-6 (BN4, BN6), and 3000 Mark I (BT7, BN7); Jaguar XK 140, XK150, Mark VII VIII & IX, Mark II; and Aston Martin DB3/S. This one has the brass identification plate on the back showing it to be Lucas part number 70063, manufacture date May, 1961. These are hard to find in any condition, NOS ones are nearly unheard of now. It has a little paint missing from the mounting bracket, but that appears to be a factory flaw (little attention was paid to those details back in the day). Tested and working. Good luck bidding!! Canada urged to adopt European car safety standards
Mon, 23 Dec 2013CANADA has been urged to adopt European standards for new vehicle safety by the president of Mercedes-Benz Canada. Tim Reuss told reporters that if EU rules, which apply to all cars built by European industrial powerhouses like Mercedes and the Volkswagen Group, were in place Canada would already have new, more efficient, safer cars. At present Mercedes cannot import the A-Class because of the expense associated with modifying it to conform to Canadian safety requirements, and Mr Reuss argues that the current approach lacks common sense.

Wed, 07 Apr 2010This is Audi's facelifted TT Coupé and Roadster, though rather than referring to the tweaks as full-blown changes (which they're not), Ingolstadt is taking a more subtle approach and merely calling the revisions '2011 Model Year' tweaks. Well it’s an Audi, so all TTs now come with a set of LED daytime running lights. As for the rest of the car, come on, can’t you see the changes? Oh, well Audi says the interior and exterior have been 'revised with great attention to detail'.
New SEAT Leon SC (2013) revealed

The new SEAT Leon SC is actually a different car from the windscreen on back, with a more steeply raked front and back screens, just the two (longer) and a shorter wheelbase – by 35mm. So although at first glance the Leon SC looks like it’s just lost a pair of doors, the job is more thorough.
