Offered for your consideration is an original Lucas DM-6 Distributor which is applicable to earlier 6 cylinder Healeys.  The models which used this type are the 100/6 cars as well as the 3000 Series cars from MKI throught the 3000 BJ-7 Mk II cars.  The exact Lucas model # 40662 which was specifically for BT-7, BN-7 and BJ-7's from 1961 through 1963.  However, it if virtually identical to the earlier units fitted to 100/6's and very early 3000's.

Distributor appears to be in sound working order.  Spinning the dist. shaft shows no wobble or wear in the internals.  I can detect no wear in the shaft.  A new set of points and it should work just fine.

Behold this "cute little roadster," which resembles the unholy union of a Ford T-Bucket and a mechanical pencil lead dispenser and probably will make its way into a Jimmy Buffet video. Microsoft Microsoft has announced a concept version of the Windows operating system aimed at in-car entertainment for the connected car. Although details are limited at this stage, 'Windows in the Car' is set to challenge the already confirmed Apple CarPlay and Google’s Open Automotive Alliance, which is also aiming to bring the Android OS into vehicles.
