Austin Healey Sprite, Longbridge 100/6 Choke Cable on 2040-parts.com

Location:

Okanogan, Washington, United States

Okanogan, Washington, United States
Condition:Used

Used starter choke cable for Austin Healey Sprite Mk1 and MK2.  The same pull cable was used in the MK1 MG Midget.  A slightly shorter version of the same cable was used on the Longbridge 100/6.

I have replaced the outer cable sleeve, but the remainder of the cable assy is original.

All it needs is a little white paint to fill in the "C" on the knob.  Why buy a repro when you can get an original part.

Some notes on shipping...   Ebay has decided that sellers are solely responsible for both delivery time and losses due to lost mail.  As such, I have absolutely no choice but to insist that all items are shipped by priority mail and are fully insured.  Deliveries outside the USA will ship by 1st class International when the weight allows it.  Buyers cannot opt out of either priority US mail or insurance as EBAY will still hold me completely liable regardless (I just found that out)

That said, I only charge what the postage actually costs.  I do not generally charge for packing materials.  If you pay to much for postage I automatically refund any overpayment (over $1)

If you do not want to pay for priority mail and insurance I am afraid you will have to pass. It is not negotiable.

International buyers...   Do NOT ask me to falsify customs documentation, you will be ignored.  I always write "parts for antique car over 50 years old"  this usually provides for duty free shipments.

I happily combine shipping on multiple purchases when possible.  I ship on the day payment is made (Monday through Friday)

Seat Leon [w/Gallery]

Mon, 16 Jul 2012

This is the all-new, third-generation Seat Leon C-segment hatchback. At 4,2600mm long, the 2013 Leon is approximately 50mm shorter than the previous model although the wheelbase has increased by almost 60mm, reducing the length of the overhangs and improving interior space, particularly for rear seat passengers and luggage compartment. Seat's latest design language can be seen in the angular headlamps featuring full LED lamps for the first time in this class.

Infiniti at Geneva: Infiniti M35 Hybrid (2011)

Wed, 03 Mar 2010

The Infiniti M35 Hybrid gets its first day out at Geneva Infiniti haven’t even got round to launching the latest M Line cars in Europe (and we didn’t even get the last version of the M) but they’re already showing the ‘Eco-M’ – the Infiniti M35 Hybrid – at Geneva this week. If you’re familiar with the Infiniti range of engines (which isn’t all that likely as they’re far from ubiquitous in the UK and Europe) you may be asking yourselves ‘Why M35? Surely the Infiniti would be the M37?’ And you’d have a good point, as the 3.5 litre V6 is the Infiniti engine out of the old M Line (which Europe didn’t get) not the new 3.7 litre (which it will).
