very light surface rust
Warranty:No

I BOUGHT THESE ABT. 10 YRS. AGO OUT OF ENGLAND. THEY FEATURE OFFSET BUSHINGS TO OBTAIN HIGHER LIFT.  I DON'T REMEMBER THE RATIO THESE PRODUCE  ( I THINK IT'S 1:5.  I NEVER GOT AROUND TO BUILDING A1275 FOR MY MINI OR RAN THESE. REMEMBER THE SPACING OF THE VALVES ON A 1275 IS GREATER THAN ON THE SMALLER ENGINES (due to larger valves)  THESE CAME WITH A NEW SHAFT NEW BUSHINGS AND NEW ADJUSTMENT SCREWS.  I'M NOT SURE IF THESE ROCKERS WOULD WORK CORRECTLY ON A SMALLER ENGINE . (possibly side load the valve)  I DIDN'T WANT NEEDLE BRG.ROLLER ROCKERS AS THEY ARE NOISY , I PREFERRED STOCK TYPE FOR A EVERYDAY DRIVEN CAR BECAUSE THEY ARE MUCH QUIETER.                                                                                                            SHIPPING USPS PRIORITY FLAT RATE                                                                                    ANY QUESTIONS PLEASE ASK                              THANK YOU

Infographic: How much clay do Ford’s design studios use each year?

Mon, 15 Sep 2014

Ford has offered an insight into its clay modeling processes with a series of videos and an infographic that charts the process involved in turning a designer's sketch into a full-size model. The infographic uses data taken from all of Ford's global design studios in 2012 to give an idea of how much clay is used in a year, plus how much paint and di-noc film is used to cover each model. Ford has also released a video that gives a behind-the-scenes look at the firm's clay modeling studio in Merkenich, Germany, including interviews with members of the modeling team.
