The 2014 Audi R8 goes on sale Friday at the low, low price of $119,150 -- including destination and gas guzzler -- when equipped with the manual transmission. The S-Tronic-equipped version ups the price to $128,250. The base Audi R8 makes 430 hp and 316 lb-ft of torque from its 4.2-liter V8.

Porsche 911 GT3 RS 4.0 - this time from Stuttgart The Porsche 911 GT3 RS 4.0 has been rumoured for a while, and yesterday we finally had so much information on the Porsche 911 RSR for the road that we ran the story. We had a set of photos of the 911 GT3 RS 4.0, and just about all the specs you’re likely to need, so there seemed no point in not publishing what we had. But, as we said yesterday, that amount of information on a yet-to-be revealed car would force Porsche’s hand.
