SEAT Altea XL (2009) – the advert

The new advert for the SEAT Altea XL - featuring the 'Brother Monster' The Altea XL certainly offers more room – particularly more storage room – than the original Altea. They missed a trick by not making the back seats slide back more (they do slide forward to give a pretty big load space), but they did manage to address the storage issues. JLR announces £16.3m Evoque_e research project

Jaguar Land Rover has announced it will invest £16.3 million into an ‘Advanced Powertrain Research Project’ – which could lead to an electric Evoque_e version of its small SUV. Jaguar Land Rover will work in conjunction with British technology company and race car manufacturer Zytek Automotive to develop new hybrid and battery-electric vehicle technology. We'd remembered being fans of a car-centered TV show in the late 1980s or early '90s. We'd watched every live-action episode for at least a couple of years. We'd clearly remember begging our mom for one of the toy cars featured on the show.
