Victor Nacif started his new role as Vice President of Design at Nissan Design Europe last month, having recently relocated from San Diego, California. Car Design News caught up with Nacif, an avid racing fan, at last weekend's FIA GT1 World Championship race at Silverstone, in which a Nissan GT-R piloted by team Sumo Power garnered the win. Nacif comes to NDE following a six-year stint at Nissan Design America where he held the role of Vice President of Design Business Aspects.

Lexus has launched a range of F-Sport accessories for the new Lexus IS Convertible With the Lexus IS Convertible having launched in Japan this week, and the Lexus IS 250C arriving in the UK in July (and the Lexus IS 350C to arrive sometime next year), Lexus are looking for ways to ‘Up-sell’ the range, particularly as it looks like it will totally eclipse the woeful SC430. Peugeot EX1 electric concept car (2010) first pictures

This is the Peugeot EX1, a two-seat electric roadster concept car built to celebrate the French brand’s 200th anniversary. And the EX1 will let Peugeot usher in its bicentennial in style as it’s just notched up a number of electric car world records. It’s almost entirely carbonfibre, and the rear-hinged doors contain the seats, so you sit on the buckets before swinging your whole body into the metal and leather-lined cockpit.
