6.5' (2.0m) shielded interface cable designed to attach any audio source with a standard 1/8" (3.5mm) stereo output jack. Most commonly used with portable music sources and the Valentine V-1 radar detector when interfaced via a Dual Audio Input (#56 or #57). [For bike powered music and audio sources, an isolated interface lead is required to eliminate bike noise.] Note: for use only where a 5' interface lead will not reach. Right angle plugs for compact connection to audio source  Shielded cable. 1/8" (3.5mm) stereo plugs. 6.5' (2.0m) long for use where a 5' (1.5m) interface will not reach. UK motorway to charge moving electric cars

The Highways Agency is set to test wireless charging in moving electric cars on a UK motorway, according to Engineering and Technology Magazine. This would see electric vehicles gain additional charge as they passed over wireless charging nodes embedded in the motorway’s road surface. The talented Japanese designer Ken Okuyama, who penned the Pininfarina Enzo and 'Rossa' during his days at Pininfarina Studi e Ricerche, is going back to the famous Italian coachbuilder, after completing his experience as Chair of the Transportation Design Department at Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California. He is expected back as Creative Director of the Pininfarina Spa group as of May 10th. There he will be reporting, as before his departure, to Lorenzo Ramaciotti, Executive Vice President Design .
