The shipment date of your order is dependent on the time of day the order is placed. Your item will be shipped within 48 hours after receiving full payment, excepting weekends. We are located on the West Coast so shipping to the east coast will usually take UPS a MINIMUM of 5 business days. COMBINED SHIPPING: We do combine shipping if all your parts can fit in one box. Some items may have defects, but will still work for the application, unless otherwise stated as inoperable. An example is shift knobs which were molded slightly oblong, or don’t seat squarely at a 90 degree angle to the shift rod. We made every effort to document every last imperfection, but we may have missed something. All items sold as is, and may not have minor parts such as shift adapter nuts, but if that was missing, please let us know, rather than returning it (or leaving negative feedback), we could always send one out. That said, I personally sealed the last hundred, and I recall about 3 missing it. We have since found more, so just let us know! Also, we review every item we leave feedback for, please remember to leave us positive feedback as well, and in the event of an issue, give us a chance to remedy it. Most issues can be resolved in 48-72 hours, please allow us an additional 48 hours after the weekend to respond, or 72 hours after a holiday weekend, such as Labor Day, where we are closed for three days, AND have more volume of orders than usual. Which Mercedes obviously felt played well with the Interweb and our lust for news as they’re at it again with the 2011 / 2012 Mercedes SLK. We thought the tease for the next SLK had started early when Mercedes sent us the first teaser picture at the start of the month.

Regular readers may remember we cast doubts on Pagani’s claim that the new Huayra would be US road legal back in 2011, when we revealed that Pagani’s plans to gain an exemption from fitting advanced airbags was denied. That meant Pagani had to go away and get the Huayra to conform with airbag regulations to make it legal to sell in the US, which Pagani promised to do and declared everything would be fine and they’d have the first road-legal Huayras Stateside by 2013.

Mon, 10 Jun 2013The new Mercedes S Class (pictured) boasts a wealth of technology The new Mercedes S Class was launched last month as a styling evolution of the current S Class, but with a wealth of new safety and technology systems lurking under its, still familiar, skin. The S Class may be portrayed as a bit of a ‘Merchant Bankers’ car, but anyone who’s lived with one for any period of time will know there’s really nothing quite like it (well, if you ignore the mistake that was the W220 S Class), and now Mercedes has got its quality Mojo back, the W221 is once again a very special S Class, and the new W222 promises to be even more special. We know that the 2014 S Class will get a range of engines from frugal 4-cylinder to potent V12 – with engines to suit all in between – but whatever engine you choose there will be a raft of technology at your fingertips (some at extra cost depending on the model you buy), so Mercedes has been busy producing a ‘Story’ video highlighting much of the new S-Class’s tech.
