New Bentley SUV teased

Wed, 19 Mar 2014

The new design for the Bentley SUV teased There’s little doubt Bentley will make a success of its SUV, despite the original EXP 9 F Concept getting far more brickbats than plaudits. So Bentley have been back at their drawing boards making the Bentley SUV (which could be the Bentley Falcon) look more like a Bentley, and the tease is now beginning for its arrival in Bentley showrooms in early 2016 with a single photo (above). As expected, Bentley has replaced the blunt Mulsanne-like front end of their SUV with a nose that looks like its been taken from the Flying Spur, and no doubt added a few more curves on the bits we don’t see in the tease photo.

Cadillac Urban Luxury Concept at LA Motor Show

Wed, 17 Nov 2010

The Cadillac Urban Luxury Concept at LA We’re still finding it quite hard to get our heads round the fact that Cadillac are making appealing cars. Not just cars that appeal when we go to the former colonies and want something sybaritic to nestle in and cruise, but real cars that are actually fun to drive. Cars like the Cadillac CTS-V – particulary the CTS-V Coupe and CTS-V Wagon – are proper, grown-up cars that can keep up with much of what Europe has to offer.

Nissan Juke-R – first picture

Tue, 25 Oct 2011

Nissan Juke-R - the first official picture from Nissan With all things in the car world seemingly focused on fluffy bunnies and green halos, it’s great to see Nissan pushing the envelope at the other end with the Nissan Juke-R, a bonkers version  of Nissan’s compact SUV with the heart of Godzilla – the Nissan GT-R. We first reported the Juke-R – which we dubbed ‘Super Juke’ - at the end of last month when we didn’t know whether the Juke-R would be a one-off or a production model. But within weeks Nissan had come out and confessed our Juke-R story was real and that they really were working on a monster Juke with the heart of a Nissan GT-R.
