2013 Mazda CX-9 debuts before Australian show
Tue, 18 Sep 2012Mazda will fully reveal the 2013 CX-9 SUV at the Australian International motor show in October. 2009 Mazda 3 Review
Sat, 11 Apr 2009Cars UK [rating:4.0] The new Mazda 3 arrives in UK Car Showrooms in May Still based on the Ford Focus platform, the Mazda 3 has taken on a chunk of design cues from the RX-8 and has, in our eyes, become probably the best looking car in its class. But is all this enough to dethrone the Focus?
'Ambulance chasers' face new controls
Mon, 09 Jun 2014THE CULTURE of "ambulance-chasing" lawyers and bogus whiplash claims could come to an end following new measures set out by the Government to crack down on insurance fraud. Lawyers will be banned from offering accident victims incentives such as money or free iPad computers to encourage them to make a claim and courts will be given powers to throw out compensation actions where claimants have been dishonest. The reforms by the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) aim to tackle the rise of the compensation culture and reduce the amount being paid out unnecessarily by insurance companies - which can lead to higher premiums for honest customers.
