If a part is not in stock in our warehouse we have arrangements that allow most manufacturers to drop ship directly to you when necessary.

Shipping

We do our best to ship your item within 1 business day from the time payment has cleard. At times this may extend to 3 business days. On the occasions when supply and demand cause a delay in shipping beyond 3 business days we will contact you and let you know when you can expect your item to ship. Shipments to Canada will be shipped from our Alberta warehouse - this prevents you from paying any additional duties, taxes or fees but we are required to collect a 6% Goods and Services Tax (GST). Items shipped from one of our US based warehouses may incur additional import fees & taxes - we do our best to avoid passing these additional fees on to our customer. Way back in the early Sixties, my late father had a series of Jaguar saloons. Firstly there was a 1946 1.5 litre which he bought for £12. To me, at 12 years old, this car was magnificent, so much so, that I wrote to Jaguar at Coventry, telling them so, and in return I received three spiral bound brochures (with tissue interleaves) of their current range.
