Aston Martin V8 Vantage S (2011) at 2011 Geneva motor show
Tue, 25 Jan 2011Good news for fans of Aston Martin's V8 Vantage, and especially those who found it a touch slow: the new, musclier V8 Vantage S. The Aston Martin Vantage S is a tweaked-up version of the regular Vantage, and a full production model. It's the fastest Vantage yet! The biggest change is under the bonnet. The 4.7-litre V8 now has a stouter 430bhp, which makes it 20bhp more powerful than the Vantage N24 and 30bhp up on the N400 special editions.
Bugatti unveils Veyron Grand Sport (2008)
Sun, 17 Aug 2008By Ben Pulman First Official Pictures 17 August 2008 17:29 Bugatti has released more details of its targa-top Veyron Grand Sport following the cars debut at the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance. And with the roof off, the Grand Sport is the slowest Veyron ever, capable of just 225mph. But don't fret, because with the targa panel in place the Grand Sport will still do 254mph. The windscreen now sits a little higher and there are daytime running lights and new alloys.
Mazda Shinari concept car (2010) first official pictures
Wed, 01 Sep 2010Mazda's new design direction is embodied in the new Shinari concept car. Modeled to announce to the world the new styling language of future Mazda road cars, the Shinari ushers in a new look to replace the somewhat tortured Nagare mantra that has fizzled into a damp squib on the sides of the latest Mazda 5 midi-MPV. The Shinari won't be shown at the 2010 Paris motor show (apparently it's being held back for a 2011 Geneva debut), yet this is a landmark concept for Mazda design, under the new leadership of chief design Ikuo Maeda.
