Closeout of last 7 antennas. Made In USA. This is a long thin stainless steel whip, black powder coated. Base cone is machined brass. has an M6x1 female thread. Whip is 23" long. The base is a 2.3" strong 40 Lbs pull magnet in a plastic housing. Cable is USA RG-58A/U flex. Connector is an FME female. If you need a BNC, SMA, TNC, N or UHF we have adapters. Great for your air band scanners or for airport operations vehicle use. Its a 1/4 wave sp its a 2.2dBi gain. Comes at 24" electrical length at the low end of the band 115-120. Can be cut by 1" or 2" to make it perfect at 125MHz. Cut it to 17" and work the ham 2M band instead. Comes with the rubber pad in picture. A nice durable antenna. |

Renzi has pledged to sell 151 vehicles by April 16, saying he was taking a cue from the former mayor of Florence - himself - who auctioned off four cars early in his term. Besides cashing in, the government will save on upkeep, maintenance and running costs.
Vehicles connect at Michigan International Speedway
Mon, 26 Jan 2009The Michigan Department of Transportation and Michigan International Speedway have joined forces to help in the development of a connected-vehicle system. In the future, it will help cars communicate with each other on the road to avoid crashes and increase safety. The speedway, located in Brooklyn, Mich., will allow organizations such as the Connected Vehicle Proving Center and the Center for Automotive Research to use the track as a test road for the new technology.
