Identified as: Switlik Parachute Co., Inc.-Trenton, NJ, USA . Inspection card in the packaging reads 10-8-90 and shows other identification. the card is in the somewhat opaque cover and cannot be read by the camera. I do not wish to open the package to get a clearer reading (sorry). The shipping
