Shipping
● Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. We will send the product as gift or sample and put lower value on invoice to help customer avoid the import duty. Most of our customers don't be charged any duty or extra charge. ● If the parcel has been returned to us for the reason of nobody pick up the parcel or wrong address (the post can prove the status). Buyers or bidders have the responsible for paying the shipping cost again.
● For international returns, we will not reimburse for customs, import duties and taxes. These charge are the sole responsibility of the buyer. In the event a package is refused, carrier will return the package to us and charge us return fee. We will reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee plus any return fees charge to us in order to recover the refused package. We will not refund any shipping costs once an item is refused.
